Excellent hotel. Great value for money. got the family roof with a loft on floor 11. It was perfect giving the children and parents own space. It was spacious and clean. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful, particularly John, Razak and John. The hotel is very modern and artistic design, rooftop area and pool fantastic. There is no real dining there but there are endless choices literally next door. It is a prime location for everything. We can highly recommend it.

Excellent hotel.King sized bed, room with no windows. Fully equipped, TV, AC, very comfortable bed, hot water shower, kettle, water supplied, v. clean and modern in style. V. competitively priced Hotel has a working lift, rooftop pool, gym facilities and bizarrely a slide to a lower level. Complimentary tea and coffee available, staff courteous and efficient. Location within 10 mins walk of large malls, train and monorail, thousands of restaurants all around. This was the last stop on a long trip, written request for late check in declined, for a late checkout offered but at an exorbitant rate per hour overstayed and given I am a retiree, their insistence on a cash deposit against potential room damage, annoyed. Therefore wholeheartedly would recommend this hotel to others but would have to think carefully before staying there again.

The hotel is in a good location for food and bars, the lobby is nice and the staff are efficient. The room we had was a little disappointing, small and poorly furnished, overall it was just ok, nothing special. If I return to Kuala Lumpur I would stay somewhere else a bit nicer, it was not as nice as I had hoped

The hotel was amazing and the experience was so great . The rooms matched the pictures and sabirin at the reception was very helpful and friendly. Very great staff 🤩🤩🤩 also the rooftop pool had an amazing view on KL and all the city spots were nearby
